ROAD RESURFACING PROJECT

Our final major renovation project of the year will be the sealing and striping of Old Cypress Drive.  We need your help to make sure this runs as smoothly as possible.

•  The process will start on Monday, May 20th.
• The second coat gets put down on Tuesday, May 21st.
• Striping takes place on Wednesday, May 22nd.
• Life returns to normal on Thursday, May 23rd at noon.

 ALL vehicles MUST be removed from the road and parking spots on Cypress Drive before 6:00 AM on Monday, May 20th. Cars that are still there will be towed at the owner's expense.

 The road will not be usable after trash/recycling pickup on the 20th.

 There will be a very limited number of parking spots near the pool.

You are allowed to park on Flora Avenue. The police have been notified that there will be vehicles on Flora overnight during this period. Park as far off the road as possible on the east side.
